2. Services
Sylvara provides installation, maintenance, customization and support for AI devices, including smart household devices such as vacuum cleaners, air conditioners and cat water dispensers. Service appointments are scheduled upon payment confirmation.
3. Information Products
We offer digital courses, guides and software manuals related to AI devices and smart homes. Access is granted immediately after purchase.
4. Goods
Sylvara retails AI-powered products such as smart vacuums, climate control units and pet dispensers. Each product listing specifies its features, warranty and support coverage.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in local currency and include applicable taxes. Payment options include credit card and bank transfer. Orders are processed after payment is completed.
6. Refund Policy
Our refund policy varies by category:
- Services: If you need to change or reschedule a booked appointment, notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time and we will accommodate within availability. If we cancel a service, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Services explicitly marked as “non-refundable” cannot be reimbursed due to their immediate consumption of staff time and resources; this condition will be stated at checkout with a clear explanation.
- Information Products: You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase provided you have accessed less than 20% of the content. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method. After this window, no refund requests can be honored.
- Goods: Physical items may be sent back in unused condition within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for shipping back to our facility. Once we confirm the item’s condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Opened or used items are not eligible for refund but may be interactiond or repaired under warranty.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule a service, contact us via phone or Contact Form at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee equal to 50% of the service price.
8. Limitation of Liability
Sylvara’s liability for any purchase is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service, information product or good. We are not responsible for indirect or incidental issues arising from use of our offerings.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the canton of Graubünden.
